99minds Gift Card & Loyalty

We've loved working with 99minds! We're excited to finally offer a seamless gift card experience across both our boutiques and online store, making it easy for customers to shop and redeem wherever they choose. We're also thrilled to have our loyalty program available online, so customers can earn and redeem rewards whether they're shopping in-store or online. The Shopify and Klaviyo integrations have been smooth, the platform is easy to use, and the support team from Runit & 99Minds are always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It's been a great experience, and we'd happily recommend 99minds to any retailer looking for a reliable omnichannel gift card and loyalty solution.

Terrible customer service. I wanted help with some of the free features, and stated multiple times that I intend to stay in the free plan, and I kept getting forced to upgrade my plan. After asking for help multiple times on the free features, finally I was given a trial of the paid version, even though I stated that I don't want it. They don't listen to their customers and just push the paid plans. The app might be good itself, but this attitude was a complete turn off for me.

Since integrating 99minds with our Runit POS and Shopify setup, our customers can now redeem gift cards and loyalty rewards seamlessly online, not just in-store. It's made the whole shopping experience feel more connected, whether someone's checking out on our website or in person. 99minds has been a great addition to our already amazing Runit POS and Shopify combo, and our customers have really noticed the difference.

I almost gave up on using this app due to my own misunderstanding of how to use some of the features I installed it for. However i gave it one last chance with a scheduled call with Pravin and he was so kind and informative and helped me through all my questions. It is a bit on the pricey side so I will only use it for the holiday season but it really does a lot of things and has a lot to offer. I am using it with Shopify Flow for some automated Black Friday things and after much testing and Pravin's help we are holiday ready!
