Na het verwijderen van de app en het opzeggen van mijn abonnement bleven er toch kosten via mijn creditcard afgeschreven worden. Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen, maar krijg geen reactie en geen bevestiging van de opzegging. Dit voelt zeer onbetrouwbaar en onprofessioneel. Ik moet nu via mijn bank proberen mijn geld terug te krijgen. Ik raad deze app absoluut af.

After I published the review below, they contacted me, offered a refund if I delete it. After I deleted it, they said its only for 1 months, even though it was implied that it was all 4months. It all feels very scammy..I keep checking in, explain my situation but no one seems to care. My initial review: Absolute catastrophy and terrible service when needed. My 11yr old signed up for this, missed cancelling and i got charged 4months at 299 without ever opening the service after signing up. Customer support was completely unresponsive, just told me no refund will be made in a templated message. I had to take out a loan to cover the expenses of this - after initial contact no one answered anymore eventhough I've reached out daily.
