Terrible Dishonest Company. AfterShip should be on your blacklist . The application is willfully and Illegally keeping more than $3000 of our money. We have never used this application ever. They illegally started charging $109 per month for absolutely NOTHING. No service. And now they refuse to return it. The criminal act or legal concept that applies here is fraud (or theft by deception), which occurs when a company or person gains a dishonest financial advantage by trick or deception.
i used this app for 5 years. It was pretty good from 2020-2023 but then they fell completely off. emails don't get delivered, they freeze your account for no reason making it so that you can't send emails at all. I had an organic email list of 16,000 people and i was constantly blocked from sending emails even when i have a quality email list. customer service is terrible. they also kept overcharging me by upgrading my plan without my consent!! they did this SEVERAL times. do not use this app
Extremely complicated and time consuming to setup and to remove.
