B: WhatsApp Chat, Abandon Cart

From chaos to conversions — BiteSpeed just gets it 8 months in, and BiteSpeed has genuinely become part of how we run sales on WhatsApp. Cart recovery works quietly in the background and actually brings people back, the broadcasts are easy to set up without feeling spammy, and the chatbot handles the repetitive questions so our team can focus on real conversations. Only real ask — better template management (filtering old ones out). Otherwise, solid app, would recommend to any Shopify store serious about WhatsApp.

Good option for WhatsApp CRM marketing, especially the abandoned cart/checkout automations. Areas to improve Templates - give ability to filter and delete templates. If you created a wrong template by mistake, it remains there in your view Whatsapp Support Inbox - Filters should have the ability to mass resolve all conversations matching a filter. Currently you can only resolve conversations which are visible in the current view (usually max 25). The AI chatbot generally works well, but if left to it's own devices, it hallucinates. You have to provide a thorough set of FAQs and ask the team to program it to stick to that only.
