Disappointing Experience as a Returning Customer I previously used Blend AI and, to be fair, the results I achieved with the platform were better than those I experienced with several other agencies. That's exactly why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, my experience trying to rejoin has been disappointing. When I contacted the team about reactivating my account, I was quoted US$5,000 per month in management fees. This figure appeared to be significantly different from the pricing publicly advertised on their website. I reached out via both email and live chat asking for a simple explanation of why my quoted price differed so substantially from the advertised pricing. I wasn't looking for a discount. I simply wanted transparency and a written explanation. Despite multiple attempts to communicate professionally, I have not received a response addressing my questions. Being ignored after asking for clarification has been the most frustrating part of this experience. It's disappointing because my intention was genuinely to return as a customer. I believed in the product based on previous results, but transparency and communication are just as important as performance when choosing a long term partner. I hope Blend AI improves its communication with prospective and returning customers, especially when pricing differs from what is publicly advertised. A straightforward explanation would have gone a long way. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the sales process due to the lack of transparency and follow up, despite previously having positive results with the platform itself.

Great results over several years with Blend. Their support team is fantastic — fast replies, always helpful, and they really take the time to investigate and solve problems properly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I've used Blend for a couple of years now, but it's only in the last month or so that I have fully committed to it and not run any campaigns directly myself in other platforms. The team at Blend were always telling me that we won't be able to get proper optimisation of campaigns with this split model, but I was just too scared to let go of what I had previously been doing. Well, I'm really glad that I finally listened to them and gave it a go, because as soon as I did, ROAS was tremendous! Obviously there are so many factors aside from ads in a sales funnel including website optimisation and the product and offer) but I do believe that this system is very very powerful for getting the ads in front of the right right eyeballs. I've also had truly great support from the team at Blend (shoutout to Gal, Darya, and Bailey). The customer service is really exceptional and personal. I guess my final takeaway is that the system works and the learning compounds in quite an impressive way. Big fan.

We let it run for 6 weeks on our Google ads account. After $2k in costs we got ZERO sales from the Blend generated and managed ads on Google. It may work for someone else, but for us, we couldn't see any of the claims coming true so uninstalled it. We do get sales from our Meta ads, so "it's not us".

Great service, easy to use and great customer support and onboarding. Highly recommend.
