Great experience with BLOY! BLOY is a really user-friendly platform with an easy-to-navigate website and straightforward setup. The features are great and the chat agent was super helpful and quick to assist whenever I had questions. Overall, a great platform for setting up a loyalty programme!

Really happy with Bloy so far. The app is easy to set up and the interface is straightforward, so it doesn’t take much time to understand how everything works. What I like most is that it makes managing our loyalty program much easier and gives us more flexibility to reward customers and encourage repeat purchases. The overall experience is smooth, and the support has been helpful whenever we had questions. Definitely a useful app for Shopify stores that want to build customer loyalty and increase repeat purchases.

There are a lot of great features with this app. Some areas of the loyalty program are super easy to setup and others are not as intuitive. For example, they have a setting to allow "stacking" of points to exchange intervals of points for the reward in a single transaction, but there is no way to cap it. I'm subtracting 1 star because every time I requested help, they asked me to leave a review even though I had expressed that we hadn't had time to assess how well the app worked for us. Additionally, I either misunderstood or was mislead about the founders "free forever" plan. I completely understand not being able to use all of the new features, I did not expect to be capped by number of orders that would force an upgrade.
