Great Service, Great Features. Couldn't be happier. An app like this gives us everything we need to reward our most valuable customers. We especially like the VIP tiers and the variety of rewards we can offer to customers of different tiers. Setting up the App Embed Blocks in the shopify theme was very easy as well. We pretty much had this up and running after just a few days since it was straightforward and user-friendly. They also have a nice upload option if you need to import customer points or tiers from previous apps.

What We Love: Flawless Backend & Logic: Setting up points rules, VIP tiers, and custom redemption rewards was incredibly smooth and straightforward. Everything works as expected—points calculation is accurate, customer accounts update reliably, and the customer portal looks clean and modern on our store. Easy for Shoppers: Our customers love how intuitive it is to track and redeem their points, which has significantly boosted our customer engagement. Great Overall Performance: The app integrates seamlessly into our store theme and delivers on every promise. Customer support is also super responsive and quick to assist. Small Tip for the Dev Team: The app is nearly perfect! The only tiny detail we’ve noticed is that the points display inside our slide-out cart drawer sometimes takes about 1–2 seconds to load up. It doesn't disrupt checkout or stop customers from redeeming points, but optimizing that script load time slightly would make an already incredible user experience even smoother. Final Verdict: Overall, this is hands-down one of the best loyalty solutions available on Shopify. It is feature-rich, robust, and adds immense value to our brand. Highly recommended to any merchant looking to build a serious loyalty program!

Very easy to use, have all the things you need for rewarding your clients. UI is very intuitive and some smart features are really helpful and easy to use It took me 30 min max to setup everything and now my customers are happier And it's cheap !
