We noticed that our discount code was not working in our cart at check out. With the help of Harry from Discounty, we discovered that the automatic discount segment was deactivated on our backend. He instructed us to keep that active at all times, and we were good to go! Harry also fixed the plugin so our tiered discounts were visible on our product pages.
