Overpriced and unreliable We have been using Easyship for a while now and honestly the price does not match the product at all. For what you pay you would expect a rock-solid system, but instead you get random bugs popping up regularly that take forever to get fixed by their support team. Product data syncing from Shopify is unreliable, HS codes for example simply don't sync, which is a critical issue if you ship internationally. Editing any labels is painfully slow, and the whole system feels sluggish in general. If you only ship to one country and have simple shipping rules, it might work fine for you. But if you ship internationally and have a more complex setup with different duties and taxes for different countries, I really would not recommend it. We ship around 300-400 orders a month, so spending time manually fixing labels and troubleshooting bugs is simply not an option for us. At this volume you need a system you can trust, and unfortunately Easyship is not that.
