Easy app to set up and use. We need multiple forms, and this provides a streamlined way to track and filter submissions. I needed help with the settings on one of our forms that I couldn't figure out on my own, and Taylor was able to fix what I needed and also sent a video so that I knew how to do it on my own in the future.

I’m building a webshop in Shopify and wanted to include a withdrawal form. Someone recommended the Powerful Form Builder app to me. The app is very user-friendly and versatile, but there was one specific field that I couldn’t figure out how to add. When I asked for help via the chat, I was assisted by Emma. She was incredibly helpful and patient and managed to help me add the special field to the form. Since I’m using the free version of the app, I didn’t expect to receive such great support.
