We genuinely couldn’t be happier. We started working closely with the Interparcel team in the early days, and over roughly six months, had lots of lengthy meetings with Michael, who took the time to listen to all of our feedback and understand what we needed as an eCommerce business. Virtually every suggestion we raised was taken on board and implemented, helping shape the platform into something genuinely suited to growing eCommerce brands. A huge credit to Michael for being so receptive and proactive throughout that entire process. A special mention also has to go to Samantha, who is a HUGE reason we continue to use Interparcel today. In eCommerce and logistics, issues inevitably come up, and having someone who is consistently on top of things, responds quickly and gets problems resolved with minimal fuss is invaluable. Samantha ensures we experience little to no downtime when something does arise. The platform has come a long way, but even better are the people behind it.

The automation that Interparcel provides is amazing! I save so much warehouse boxing and label creation time with their their Smart Boxing function and auto import orders and status updates back to Shopify. Also the AusPost integration through them is so good. Highly recommend them if you want to save time and have an easy to use app.

The integration with Shopify has made our work much easier. Our dispatch process is now seamless compared to what we did before. On top of that, the Interparcel team has been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we have encountered an issue, making the experience even better.
