Die App hat gute Funktionen, aber der Support ist nicht vorhanden. Ich habe in den letzten 3 Wochen 3 Anfragen auf Deutsch und Englisch eingereicht – keine einzige Antwort. Ich habe ein kritisches technisches Problem das 500+ Bestellungen blockiert und meine komplette Buchhaltung 2026 betrifft. Für eine bezahlte App ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann die App nicht weiterempfehlen solange der Support nicht funktioniert
Der Support hat extrem schnell und hilfreich reagiert. Es wurden sogar extra Funktionen genau für unser Problem eingebaut. Ich bin extrem überrascht und kann das Plugin nur weiterempfehlen!
