I have placed 5 orders with this company. All 5 have had shipping issues and they actually lie to you and tell you it's shipped and when you go look at the tracking only a label has been created and it hasn't shipped. I'm doing everything to get my last 2 orders out the door and they are providing vague and "fake" answers to me after leaving messages, 10 + emails and voicemails and will not show it shipped in the app so I can't get payment from my Collective suppliers because you cannot manually update your orders it has to be synched from their site. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I will be canceling as soon as my customers last 2 orders are fulfilled (IF THAT EVER HAPPENS).
Cant get ahold of anyone, no way to cancel!
App has been down for over 24 hours, with support saying it'll take another 24-48 hours to fix. Very disappointed with the downtime and lack of a real resolution timeline.
