Let op wanneer je via MyParcel pakketten met PostNL verstuurt. In mijn ervaring worden er regelmatig onterechte gewichtstoeslagen toegevoegd. Hierdoor kan een zending uiteindelijk enkele euro’s tot zelfs tientallen euro’s duurder uitvallen dan het bedrag dat MyParcel vooraf aangeeft. Om zo’n toeslag aan te vechten, moet je foto’s aanleveren waarop het pakket op een weegschaal staat. Heb je die foto’s niet vooraf gemaakt, dan lijkt er nauwelijks een mogelijkheid te zijn om te bewijzen dat het pakket binnen de gekozen gewichtsklasse viel en moet je de extra kosten gewoon betalen. MyParcel heeft erkend dat dit een bekend probleem is, maar klanten worden hier niet actief over geïnformeerd en een structurele oplossing blijft uit. Ik vind deze werkwijze misleidend en onacceptabel.
