We had high hopes for this app, but the 'Mystery Discount' feature is fundamentally broken. The app 'locks in' a promo code on a user’s first visit (which support confirmed), yet if the user refreshes the page, the popup displays a completely different discount percentage. This creates a massive trust issue with customers who think they are getting one deal only to have another applied at checkout. Beyond the technical glitches, the app is not ready for international brands; there are no translation options for multilingual sites. Avoid this if you value consistency and customer trust.

We installed this app for both the mystery discount and free gift features, and it’s been a great experience so far. It gave us a more engaging way to run promotions and helped make the offer feel more exciting than a standard discount.
