Worst app ever. It split away free promotions and flyers into a SEPARATE order. Despite setting it up so promo items are never excluded. Furthermore, it does NOT split up bundles. Useless and actually costs you MORE money!!! Deep regrets about installing it.
We have had problems every single week and had to contact customer service because the app isn't properly working. One of the times they said they shut off our usage because other customers were abusing the split app. We also pay $100 a month for the unlimited plan. App won't run bc we've used all 700 split order, but when I open the app it says I've used 358/unlimited. Complete rip off. Changed limits without adjusting the price, notifying the customers or changing all advertisements in the Shopify app store. Absolutely do not recommend using this.
Order Split Pro has been a time saving addition to our Shopify workflow which includes integration with ShipStation. We're able to have our orders split into fulfillments which import perfectly into ShipStation for fulfillment. The developer has been incredibly responsive with customizing the app to match our use case. Highly recommended!
The app worked perfectly and did exactly what we needed it to. We set it up the day before launching a big sale, and it handled our new preorder process flawlessly. The support team were awesome, quick to respond and helped us through one last step to make sure everything was spot on. Highly recommend.
Best customer service ever! This app has successfully split orders for our shop- allowing us to have multi location inventory AND Packing slip location data.- so far we are very impressed.
