Nach einem extrem aufwendigen und langwierigen Einarbeitungs/Einstellungsprozess ( viel komplizierter als es zuerst kommuniziert wird, meine Steuerberaterin ist schier verzweifelt und hat sich jeder einzelne der vielen Stunden voll berechnet) reiht sich ein Bug an den nächsten. Nach insgesamt 20 (!) Bugreports meinerseits hat sich das erste mal die Situation beruhigt und Pathway ( + Rechnungsprinter) waren halbwegs verwendbar. Auch wenn das Design der Rechnungen nach wie vor nach Kindergarten aussieht und kaum einstellbar ist. Egal. Nun der Supergau. Im Umsatzstärksten Monat des Jahres funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Seit 4 Tagen kann ich keine einzige Rechnung generieren, der Support reagiert nicht mal mehr auf meine Bitten, sich zu kümmern. Wahnsinn !
