金額は最安値ありがたい。 しかし、 ①システムは激遅 ②謎の決済できない現象 ③謎の順番でプリントされる ④住所エラーの指摘が遅い その他改善箇所が多すぎる。 日毎10件以上発送がある場合は相当なストレスと作業効率悪化は不可避

他の方のレビューにもある通り、返信は遅いし、その後の対応もとても酷い。あまりこのようなレビューを書き込む事自体したくないのですが、 直接お伝えしても改善されないため、こちらに記載して弊社に対しても他社様に対しても今後の改善をしてもらうことを切に願うばかりです。 plutinum会員への切り替わりもされないし、会社側のシステムでメール受け取れませんでした。という理由で、 会員切り替えを1ヶ月遅らせてください、というのは会社の対応としては本当にどうかな、と思います。 当社としてはしっかり対処しているにも関わらず、せめて通常通りの会員切り替えはしてほしいです。
大幅に配送作業が簡略化できました。 いままでcsvをダウンロードする、csvを書き換える、csvをアップする、送り状印刷、発送通知を出すと配送作業が煩雑でストレスでした。 それが、送り状購入→送り状印刷→発送通知(すべて一括でできます)とかなりシンプルになりました。ヤマト対応がはじまってから本当に便利です。サポートセンターの返答も迅速で助かります。 Show more
