OPTIS Product Options, Variant

Great app for collecting custom information and provides nice conditional logic as well as a nice UI.

Cassie did an amazing job immediately walking me through set up, catching additional problems I hadn't noticed (such as a weird code display once a product was added to the cart), and finally removing the watermark once she was sure she had answered all my questions. Our product listings now look crisp and clean. Since our garments are made-to-order, not inventory based, having size selections available that were not directly tied to inventory levels was critical. We have limited fabric in stock, but we can make any size a customer requests. Normal stock counting made setting up our store tricky, as each size option was required to have stock levels. No longer! Now all of our sizes are simple buttons, not tied to inventory levels. We can much more strictly manage orders, ensuring better customer satisfaction. Plus, our website looks much more polished and easy to navigate. The app was only installed today, so if problems arise down the road (that cannot be addressed by customer service), I will come back and modify this review. If the review has not yet been modified, then assume we are still fully satisfied with the app.
