Beware of fraud! We printed 10,000 postcards (to be added to parcels during fulfilment) with a QR code that links to this App. Now, a few months after installing, they change their pricing and want to charge up to 20% (!!!!) commission on referrals. Their only new plan with no commissions costs 150 USD per month (after an arbitrary 50% discount is applied). This is so unheard of, it should cause Shopify to ban the app. If they were to offer any reasonable pricing tiers, I wouldn't complain - they have to make money somehow, maybe 1-3%. We're talking about hard earned, organic word-of-mouth referrals here. But this pricing system is a scam and downright fraudulent. Show more

Everything just works! Had a few issues getting my fonts working but the app support were super quick and helpful, sorting the issue out in minutes. Paul and Sarah were quick to respond when I had questions before I installed. The app also has quite an exciting roadmap and there are some really great tools which stop users from exploiting their referral rewards. Highly recommend Conjured! Show more

I had to update some of my marketing campaigns to integrate with a Shopify change, and Shop Circle made it so easy. I scheduled a call and Paul walked me through exactly what I needed to do to update my campaigns and gave me helpful info on how to get more out of my referral program. Also, shop circle support had a really good working knowledge of the other integration points, including Shopify and Klaviyo. I wish other apps would have as good as support as shop circle. Show more
