ShipStation Orders & Inventory

Constantly loses connection and needs to be manually refreshed. Every single day I have to manually refresh the ShipStation Connect app on my laptop after a few minutes of inactivity. Then I have to manually refresh the Store Status page, which takes 30 seconds or more to complete. Then I have to manually refresh the order page itself, but I can't do both at the same time. The order page does not automatically update with new orders for approximately 4-6 hours typically, in my experience. At least once a week I have to log out of ShipStation Connect entirely and log back in to refresh the connection yet again. Every step in this process wastes time that I could spend processing orders.

I really appreciated getting to be connected with a live individual to walk through the setup. The software is pretty deep so it definitely sped up our setup time to work with someone who was familiar with it. We worked with RJ who was great and helped us customize the settings for what we need to do. Very good onboarding experience overall

Eigentlich eine tolle App, die gut aufgebaut ist und flüssig läuft. sie lässt sich gut anpassen. Allerdings wird der internationale Versand aus Deutschland mit DHL nicht unterstützt. Und das wichtigste: Wir hatten einen schweren Fehler, der zum kompletten Stop unseres Accounts geführt hätte und der Kundenserivce hat trotz Kontakt per Mail, Chat und Formular über einen Moant nicht reagiert. Überlegt es auch genau, ob ihr euren kompletten Versand an ein Unternehmen ohne Kundenservice abgeben wollt!
