Subi Subscriptions App

Escalated a customer portal issue and Aaron had it solved the same day. We had a subscriber who could not find where to manage her subscription, and when we dug into the setup we found a few things that needed changing. Aaron helped us sort it out and unlocked the embedded portal for us on the spot, no back and forth The app itself does what we need. Customers can now skip, pause, reschedule and cancel from inside their own account, and the renewal reminders mean nobody gets charged by surprise anymore. Setup took some configuration to get right, but the settings we needed were all there once we knew where to look. What made the difference here was the support. Aaron, specifically. Getting a real answer the same day from someone who actually fixes the thing is rare.

I've been using Subi for a couple of years now. I give the support 5 stars. Nilou was super useful and responsive. They recently added smart recovery as part of their base package (meaning you no longer need to buy the feature as an add-in). That bumped my score from 4 to 5 stars.

Using this app has been pretty easy. I feel like sometimes it is hard to navigate or there are features missing, but the help team is always there and has been great in fixing bugs or adding features when needed. I spoke with Nilou a few times last week with some questions, and she was AMAZING. She was so helpful, and when I need to do something in the app that wasn't possible, the team literally worked to add the feature in real time. I was super impressed!
