We’ve had a really positive experience using Swap for our cross-border sales. Before implementing Swap, managing international trade was much more manual and complex, and it was difficult to get a clear view of the true cost to serve each market. Swap has made a huge difference by giving us much better visibility, flexibility and control over how we manage our international sales. One of the biggest things we value is how innovative the team is. They’re constantly developing the platform, introducing new solutions and looking for ways to make things easier for us as a business. The whole Swap team are great to work with, but a special mention has to go to Eoin, our Account Manager. He really takes ownership of the account, stays close to what we need and makes sure things keep moving from our side. Overall, Swap has made cross-border trading much easier for us to manage and has become an important part of how we operate internationally.
Swap is a comprehensive platform that provides an end-to-end service for global shipping and returns. The portal is easy to navigate both as a business and as a customer. Their AI integration also provides valuable data and insights into customer return reasons. The platform has made it easy for us to ship internationally on a DDP basis to our customers all over the world.
