Teleship DDP Global Shipping

My experience has been extremely mixed with Teleship, I converted nearly our entire EU & US order stream to Teleship from a mix of Parcel2Go, Easyship and Royal Mail directly. At first things were fantastic! Very personable, great prices and fast customer service. Since then things have been slipping month on month with more and more of our parcels going missing with no reason given. The claims process is easy but you can only claim the cost to you, rather than full retail value which ends up leaving us in losses on anything missing. Shipping is often cheaper direct with UPS, DHL, Fedex etc and 4 days faster if not more. Another downside for me is that I cannot pre-pay or even pay for my shipping expenses with my business credit card where we get 1% rewards because their payment system doesnt accept credit cards or something. Yes! We're still using them, but it's getting old with all of the lost parcels and worsening communication. But our share is very quickly moving back to other platforms.

Fantastic app and support. Still early days, but so far the experience has been great from easy set up, dedicated support to headache free shipping to EU, AU, CA & US customers.

The team at Teleship have changed the way I deal with shipping internationally for the better! Their extremely quick support when needed have been a blessing. Antoine and the team at Teleship have to be one of the best teams for offering support for the App and being open to suggestions for additional features and improvements. The initial installation and setup was quick and simple with useful notes and YouTube videos to get you started quickly. An initial query was resolved with a few minutes in a video call with Antoine and we were up and running. In the same call I mentioned that it would be great to be able to process eBay IOSS orders for EU customers which we import through the Shopify Market Connect App which Antoine said they'd look into. A few days later and another video call with Antoine and a developer to check some eBay IOSS details and within a couple of weeks they had an integration working. No longer do we have to sort eBay IOSS orders and process them through a third party courier everything goes seamlessly through Teleship. As a bonus the pricing was cheaper that our previous IOSS registration and the parcel prices are very competitive without the need to use comparison websites. From our customers point of view they've already fed back how quickly they've received their parcels without the delays of customs processing, extra payments for fees and knowing to total order cost right at our store checkout. Most of our Western Europe parcels have gone from leaving us to arriving at the customers door in a week!! That's incredible given it's peak season for the postal services and couriers. We can't wait to see where Teleship will go next with the development of the App. Thank you everyone at Teleship.
