Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards

We love using Toki for our loyalty program — the platform is intuitive and easy to implement, and the team behind it has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We recently gave our entire loyalty program a refresh, and thanks to Toki, we were able to bring every piece of our vision to life. After comparing Toki to other platforms, the pricing is incredibly reasonable for the amount of functionality, customization and hands-on support you receive. We researched quite a few options before choosing Toki, and we are SO happy we did. The platform is fantastic, but having a responsive, collaborative team behind it has made all the difference. Great app, very, very flexible and complex. Jason has been a huge help getting it set up correctly and he's quick to fix any glitches or bugs. He provides great loom videos to guide through, and has even helped via collaborator. Looks elite.

Toki is a powerhouse of an app, with very well thought-out and user friendly methods of engaging and retaining customers. The ability to customize the loyalty program so granularly has been incredible.
