Tienen buenas tarifas y varias paqueterías asociadas para elegir la que va más con las necesidades de cada uno. Es fácil de usar. La respuesta por parte del servicio al cliente es rápida y son amables, sólo que a veces no resuelven mucho como intermediarios. Aun así casi no tenemos queja, pues se puede trabajar muy bien con ellos y por el tema de que tiene varias paqueterías conviene mucho.
Excelente integración de Shopify junto con la plataforma; en ocasiones, en temporada alta, falla al colocar el número de rastreo sobre el pedido de Shopify pero el personal de WeShip siempre ha estado abierto a apoyar en estas situaciones.
No se puede generar guia, el site web manda error desde que puse credito. y nadie contesta por ahora. No funciona, y nadie contesta atencion al cliente.
