I have not received any help since I reached out two weeks ago due to my net accounts not showing up correctly at checkout. Now when trying to check out the cart disappears. I am not happy with this as this is holding up my business. Update: Sophia reached out to me and assigned someone personally to help me set up my wholesale page. Ajay was very very help. He communicated with me and did a walk through with me to ensure that it was set up correctly. He also provided me with some advice on how to properly ensure that my customers were seeing what is needed when checking out. Thank you Sophia and Ajay!
Customer service tried to cover their false information by editing the conversation. Then when I called them out for doing it as I downloaded the original transcript, they changed the message back to the original content. Their chat also switches off your chance to respond to their messages saying "Messaging is unavailable" and I was told that this is a glitch on their system. More disappointing and frustrating than helpful.

Good App - the only app I've found allowing so many features for a very reasonable price (price overrides per product, etc.) Very good customer service. They are willing to adjust the app to your Shopify store. Still being improved. In the meantime, the app is already good to use with B2B clients. Thanks for the support
