Zenstores has been a game changer for my store - it works seamlessly and has saved hours of time each week automating processes that I used to do manually. The team are extremely receptive to feedback and helping implement new systems when needed. Harry has gone above and beyond solving a very specific shipping scenario for us. Fantastic app. There have been a few sticking points along the way, but whenever I’ve spoken to the team, they’ve been quick to help and work on improving the experience and changing anything i ask. Click & Drop is good...until you have to do 100+ orders per day. We found 300 per day was breaking point. Zenstores provided a welcome resolution and after a month of using it, especially over the late-Oct, early-Nov increase in volume it's been a life saver. Fantastic. A service that excels where others fail. We moved toe Zenstores completely by chance recently after EasyShip and ShipStation couldn't do the service we needed. Not only did Zenstores save the day, but they massively exceeded our expectations and now we have a swift solution that more than covers our needs and saves us time. Lovely interface to use as well, unlike Shipstation that looks like the UI was designed in 1982
