徳島市郊外にある保育所跡地でクラフトビール醸造し、タップルームは土日祝日にオープンしています。地元の食材を活用しながら、様々スタイルのビールを醸造しています。毎年仕込んでいる熟成タイプのファームハウスエールは、時間の経過と共に風味の変化が楽しめます。 タップルームは基本的に土日祝日の午後からの営業。ビール・フード・ソフトドリンクを提供。缶ビールのテイクアウトもあり。スケジュールの変更もあるため、instagram（2ndsaw）でご確認下さい。 タップルームはペット同伴可。ブランコや滑り台、遊具を完備。子どもも一緒に（大人も）家族連れで楽しめる空間です。
