chiyabaの物語は、ネパール・バンチャー地方の茶農家によって育まれた高品質の白茶に感動した、アディカリ・カンチャンの体験から始まりました。お茶が持つ文化的なつながりの力を感じ、ブランドを立ち上げました。 その後、旅を人生の中心に据えてきた妻・アディカリ明日美が加わり、「文化を通じて人々がつながる場をつくりたい」という想いがchiyabaのビジョンに反映されます。2019年には夫婦で再びネパールを訪れ、ヒマラヤの麓からカトマンズを経て東京へ帰国。旅の経験をもとに、スペシャルティティーとスパイスティーを核としたブランドへとリブランドし、2022年に中目黒で新たなスタートを切りました。
