つしま大石農園は九州と韓国の間にある長崎県の離島、対馬の佐護地区で お茶とゆずの生産、加工をしている農家です。 森林面積が9割という山がちな対馬に合った新しい産業をこの地に作ろうと、 先代がしいたけ栽培をしていた圃場を切り拓き、お茶の木を植えたところから、当園は始まりました。 対馬は自然が豊かな一方で、傾斜地が多く田畑を作るのが難しい側面があります。 そんな土地に合った作物は何かと探る中で、お茶とゆずに辿り着きました。 対馬の地から皆さんに対馬の豊かさと香りをお伝えできたらと思います。
