茨城県かすみがうら市にある日本で一番大きな湖、霞ヶ浦湖畔で2023年にスタートした江口屋醸造所（えぐちやじょうぞうじょ）。明治期に建てられた元造り酒屋の蔵を改修して、クラフトビールを醸造している地域密着型のコミニティブルワリーです。茨城県は⾷材の宝庫。果物や野菜などの副原料を試したり、ゲストハウスを訪れた⼈と⼀緒に収穫体験をして、農作物を使ったビールを作ったり。「古⺠家江⼝屋」が作るビールはゲストハウスだからできる、地域のある歴史・⽂化・⾷材と、訪れた⼈や関わっている⼈の思いが混じり合う「風と土」を感じるビールです。
