Traditional Farmhouse cheese made in Scotland at a dairy farm on the Isle of Mull. A family farm that produces raw milk cheese and whey spirit from our own milk. Farming sustainably we produce our own electricity from wind and rain. The heat energy is produced using the local managed forests.
