Amazing results so far. at the begining I didn't see any result and the monthly credit dissapeared in a few hours (I had a severe bot problem), However, Kal came into my life and the fietuned the app so it is making magic right now. Can't be more grateful.
We have had Negate - Bot Protection for quite a while. We added the app originally to protect from Chinese bots that were creating a huge number of abandoned orders. Problem solved. Recently, we changed our website theme and then paused for a short period of time. When we came back, an influx of bots from Ashburn, VA, were skewing our traffic numbers. Kai was quick to respond and eliminate the bots. Great customer service beyond any other! If you want to protect your store from unwanted intruders, I highly recommend this app!
Our conversion numbers were taking a huge dive because of all of the China bot traffic. We installed Negate and saw them start being blocked right away but it was still only catching about half of them. I reached out to their customer service team and got a quick response from Kai who initiated a block on all China traffic and helped explain what was happening. I uninstalled this app from my Shopify store (drkjewels.com), but I was still charged ₹4,713. There was no clear warning about billing cycle charges after uninstall, which is very disappointing. I am not using the service anymore, yet I have been billed. I have already contacted support and requested a refund. Waiting for a proper resolution. If this is resolved quickly, I will update my review. Otherwise, this is not a good experience for store owners.
