Et Nunc Daikanyama (エトヌンク 代官山) は、パレスホテルが手掛けるブーランジュリー(パン屋)です。2024年4月23日(火)よりForestgate Daikanyama 1階にオープンしました。 「本質にこだわったパンとともに、今、この時を楽しもう」をコンセプトに、毎日の食卓に並ぶような“小麦粉の香りが美味しいパン”にこだわり、厳選した小麦粉を使い、その日の気温や湿度に合わせて生地の仕込みをし、焼きあげまですべて店内で行います。
