API Access

StoreCensus provides a REST API for programmatic access to store data, app information, and contact enrichment.

API access is available on Professional ($199/mo) and Scale ($499/mo) plans. Free and Starter plan users cannot generate API keys.

Grandfathered plans: Customers on legacy Professional, Growth, or Enterprise plans who had API access before July 2026 retain their API access.

1. Go to Account > API (or navigate to /user/api).
2. Click Create New Token.
3. Give the token a descriptive name (e.g. "Production", "Dev Testing").
4. Click Create.
5. Copy the token immediately - it is only shown once. If you lose it you must create a new one.

The API keys page lists all your active tokens. You can see when each token was created, when it was last used, and revoke any token at any time. Revoking a token cannot be undone.
